Oregon Scientific ATC-1000 Action Helmet Camera

When I bought the helmet camera it came with everything the seller told it would come with. But he didnt tell me the problems it had. Like the audio. The audio on this thing doesnt work at all when you record the helmet cam to the MP4 player. I tried everything! I also bought a new higher resolution camera that has its own built in microphone and it still doesnt work... Also The battery. When I first got this thing it came with a rechargeable battery. I hooked it to the charger and let it charge for about 2 hours. I picked it up and it was hot! Very hot! The plastic around the battery almost melted off. So I have to go buy another battery. And most likely a new MP4 player. Memory. I bought a new SD 8GB memory card and for some reason it doesnt read it? Anytime I put it in and try to make it store the video on the card it just says failed... I took it back over to radioshack where I bought it to see if maybe the brand new card didnt work and they checked it out. They put a picture on the card and put it on their computer and it worked! I put the memory card back into the MP4 payer to see it I could find the picture. It doesnt work... They checked to see if they could find anything that actual works for the MP4 player and they couldn find anything. They looked up the MP4 player online and they said that was just something that was made in china and if it works it works and if it doesnt it doesnt. I also tried looking for the MP4 player online but I couldn even find pictures of this thing. Only pictures that looked a little similar. I tried to email the seller I bought it from but I am not getting any answers. So Im kinda wondering if I got ripped off cause it was only 150$ for this thing. It did look kinda suspicious but I bought it anyways.
