Greatest Prescription for stressed workaholics

This book was recommended to me by a pastor at the outset of my christian walk. While I have not gone far, this book has certainly helped to show me that my current road map was severely off.
Delving into to habits and personality traits of modern America's version of the "successful" person, Gordon Macdonald highlights the adverse affects of a busy, hectic, crammed lifestyle while questioning the validity of our role models.
Gordon Macdonald enevitably brings us to the difference between a life of a "driven" person who seeks to fill his outer world, and a "called" person who seeks to fill his inner world.
To find more about the outcomes, and get your OWN take on the book, I highly recommend it.
For an entry-level graduate such as myself this book has helped change my mindset and the course of my life. For a person who feels as if they have too many obligations, too much stress, and not enough time for themselves this book IS the greatest medicine.
