The product was not like new. You can't watch videos on it, the screen is too dark. I wrote to the vendor to discuss this and he never responded. I wrote again, and they never responded. This is the new wave of vendors on ebay that will eventually kill this business. Let the buyer beware. I was not vigiliant and I paid for it. I can accept the total lack of quality more than the lack of communication from the vendor.

THE PLAYER IS A CHEAP BRAND - BUT IT PERFORMS PRETTY WELL- I LIKED THE FACT THAT I CAN PLAY ANY REGION DVDs AND ALL KINDS OF DISC AND FILE FORMATS-
THE VIDEO GAME FEATURE IS ALSO USEFULL; AND SOME HAVE THE USB INPUT TO CONNECT AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, MP3 PLAYER OR A MEMORY CARD TO PLAY OTHER FILES, VIDEO AUDIO OR PIX; IT'S NOT ALL FANCY BUT IT PERFORMS WELL- TV WORKS WELL- AUDIO AND VIDEO WORK DOG, DISPLAYS A GOOD PICTURE; AND OTHER BRANDS SEL FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE;

I LITTLE ISSUE IS THAT IT'S HARD TO GET PARTS OR ACCESORIES, IF THEY BRAKE DOWN;
