Orbit Toddler Seat Does the Job

I LOVE the infant travel system by Orbit Baby. I decided to buy the toddler stroller seat because I wanted to be able to also use the stroller with my toddler son and I knew my baby girl would get tired of laying back in her infant seat (when in the stroller) after 6 months or so. So far- it has "done the job". While it is a bit cumbersome to use, it has some nice features, like the snack pouch. I like that it helps extend the use of the Orbit Baby system past the infant stage, too. There are a few drawbacks, though, which I will highlight below:
1. Price- I think it is fairly expensive for what you get.
2. Size- while it does fold up easily, it still takes up quite a bit of room in the back of my Highlander.
3. Not sure what to call this-- when my toddler son (who weighs about 32 pounds- the capacity is 40 pounds) sits in the stroller seat, he completely fills it out. When he leans forward, he pulls the seat backing with him.
Overall, I like the seat and coupled with the stroller base, it's such a smooth ride. My son really enjoys riding around in it. I think there are a few improvements they could make- but this was supposed to be a "temporary solution" to extending the life of the Orbit Baby system until the toddler car seat came out. I am still deciding whether or not to buy the toddler car seat.
