Fast shipment, good quality book. I will add to my favorites. I needed this book for class and could not believe how quickly it was shipped.

The book I received was falsely listed as Operations and Supply management, since what I received is a "core" edition which resembles incomplete cliff notes. Yes the international edition was new and in great shape and the seller shipped very fast. But the book itself is appalling, Many chapters are fused, chopped up and spread about in comparison with the 12th edition book. I had to purchase another book from another seller because at least 40% of the information from the original 12th edition book was missing in this edition. Please don't sell these books under that ISBN, be fair and truthful to your customers.

Well written with a lot of information. I liketd the graphics and charts in they book. They helped me better understand the material.

The front cover shown was not the book sent. Did not know it was an international edition until after the purchase. All wells ends well, because the international edition is the same as the US edition (word for word, picture for picture) It was delivered around 5 days after the dated of purchase. I was able to tract the order through the entire process. The package was over packaged(around 4 or 5 different layers), but hey better safe then sorry.

The book was delivered within a week and the shipping was free. The book's condition is new as described. So, I am very satisfied with it.

the book was great, although it was the international version, the only difference was the fact that the cover was paper back. The information was the same.

Book was in good condition as stated, good communication, fast shipping, the book was an international version but exactly the same as the regular edition.

The textbook is an excellent. There is only one dissatisfaction. Because I got the international version, I cannot watch DVD(actually, I can enjoy the picture but no sound).

It is as exactly as described. It is the correct edition of the book as the newest one in the US text. There is no difference in it and the US version.
