It's a pretty good book, but some concepts are only lightly shown, for example the solver. Just make sure to use the DVD thoroughly as it containts tutorial videos, excel spreadhseets, practice quizzes that will students better grasp the material.

This textbook was purchased for school. However, I received the wrong edition of the book. Book was described as U.S. hard cover, but was instead an international paperback edition.

I never got the book. Emailed the seller, he got back, we agreed on issuing me refund. But i never got anything, emailed again, never got any response. I am filing a claim to ebay.

The service was good - shipped quickly and all. However, the book is the INTERNATIONAL EDITION and the description of the book did not mention this. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by something like that, but last quarter I bought a book from someone that didn't say it was the international edition, and it did end up having some differences from the US edition which almost cost me a lot of points in the class.

Please list whether or not the book you are selling is actually the international edition. Sometimes it makes a difference, and as students, we need to know this sort of thing. Thank you.

I feel that by now i need to get my money back as soon as possible before i take some further steps to get it back. What kind of review i can give is that i did not get my book. and i really do not want to do any business with you guys anymore. so i believe that poor rating is not enough. All i want is my money.

Had to buy for class - picture showed US version, I got international version. Book does not show examples for how to work all problems - it shows one example of a very simple problem then takes that problem up about 50 notches and expects you to be able to figure out how to work it out.

The book came right in time for my midterm, and i enjoy reading the book because it helps me out in the classroom when i don't have a clue of what is going on or what the professor is talking about

I needed this book for my class at school. This has been helpful in getting me through my class even though it is an earlier edition. Everything appears the same.

I bought this book because I'm taking OP class.
Anyway, it depends on how your professor explain this book to you.

The book was advertised to come with a CD, but when I received the book in the email, there was no CD included. This is disappointing and misleading.

Otherwise, the book's condition was as advertised so I was pleased with that.

The seller advertised that the book was in new and good condition, and that no one could get a finger on it. Those statements seem to be false just so the book could be sold at its demanding price as if it was new-used and in good condition. Apparently, the text book has a torn page, is written and checked off on some of all the pages in most chapters, and took to much time during the shiiping period. It just doesn't seem fair that for a first time consumer of Ebay, I get the wrong end of the deal. Me personally, I would not recommend that the seller sells' through Ebay, because of false advertisemnet. The book sold by the teller should have sold at a much less demanding price, according to its advertisement of fair condition, and not new-used good condition by seller; and by choice if a buyer would have wanted to purchase than so be it.

This book was in excellent condition. I needed it badly for class, which I ended up dropping on the drop date. I hope I can re-use it for next semester when I take it again. =)

This book has given me all the resources needed to answer questions for my class. I am very satisfied.
