Paid for the item Step 21st and still haven't received book!!!! I was told it was shipped and it take 14 days but still haven't received the book.. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN! BEWARE!!!

The book is in good shape, close to what the seller described. However, the service is the slowest among all the stuffs I bought at ebay. The book didn't get shipped until 10 days after the order was confirmed.

Its very easy to sell on Half. Somehow, this transaction wasnt. After 13 days, the order was not delivered although it indicated shipped. The was no reply from the seller via the Contact Seller function.

VERY HAPPY with the claim service offered by Ebay. Contract says it will take 30 days. Expect a refund, if there were to be a problem, in under a week. I was contacted and this was resolved in three days. AWESOME!

The book presents Operations Management in a very easy to understand format. Coupled with professor guidance, it proves an excellent resource. The book also has well structured review questions

I ordered this book in August and still have not received it. I will never buy from this seller again.

The item was sent, but I never received it. Now the semester is half over and I still don't have a book. I probably won't buy another book for class this way. I filed a claim, but have not received a reply.

I actually couldn't get time to receive my product. But I decided to order the product because i had a class that requires us to buy that text book, however, the class has been over before i even received my order. I filed a claim for reimbursement and i have been promised to be refunded.

I wasn't looking into getting the Teacher's editon, but it turned out to be just fine. It was definitly cheaper then the University bookstore price and it was the teacher's edition. Why wouldn't I get it?
