Operations Management by Barry Render, Jay Heizer (2005, Package)

Emailed back and forth... told me book was international and paperback, but everything else the same. Book arrived in good time, however was missing over half of all problems from each chapter. Book was not exactly the same as the normal book.

I never received the book. I have sent numerous e-mail to the seller and to e-bay with no responses. I am requesting my money back and time is running out. How or who do I contact now? Please forward this to whoever can help me. I am very disappointed in the refund system. I get nowhere.

I never received this item & don't know if Im gettin my money back or not? it was a scam this is my opinion

I never even got the book, and then it took forever ot file a claim even though it was clear that the guy did it lots of people (based on his feedback), and now I cant go buy the book that I need for class because my money is still tied up in your system.

I have used Half.com in the past and it worked fine, but the amount of trouble this has caused is beyond how nice it was in teh past. I will probably never use Half.com again. 'Specially since I have not recieved any sort of refund.

I can't honestly say that I liked anything about receiving my book because I DID NOT GET IT. I waited a month and still have not received the book to this day. This is the second book that has not been sent to me.

Very good textbook, I bought it for my last semester and it provided me with a good foundation for the management area of my major.

The book was in good condition. A few markings inside but very helpful! Received the book in great timing.

I bought it for school, and it's a great book which has helped me at work. It is very thorough as to the functions of an Ops Manager.

i needed the book for a class and it was cheaper on ebay than the book store. The shipping was fast and they were easy to work with.

The service was excellent. The book was in very good condition and the price was very reasonable. I would purchase here again.

I recieved the book with lightening speed. The quality was better than i could have ever expected. I found inside my book the supplemental CD. At our Campus bookstore, this very same book sells "used" for the amount I paid + $50; and no CD. The new text, exactly the same as the one I purchased cost $80 more that I paid through Ebay books. It was a great experience, and deal. I am halfway through the course. The professor uses his own outdated Powerpoint's to teach the course. I have a new book and a CD supplement to enhance my leaving experience.

it has descriptive and detailed examples of math applications. pretty interesting to read. good learning material

I have never received the book, and the seller never emailed me back. I am in the process of getting my money back.

Seller not only did not respond, did not send the book, AND unregistered himself/herself. I wanted a textbook and the seller seemed legitimate enough to deliver upon that request, but who knew? Thank goodness, Ebay intervened and is help getting my money return back!

I ordered this book to use in the class I will be taking in a couple of weeks, the price quoted was less then the price quoted at school. I've ordered from ebay before and got what I ordered this time I did not receive my purchase.

I never received the item. Also the seller never communicated with me like if he did not care....Very unhappy with the service!!!!

I bought three text book on same week and I did not get anybook. I contacted email to seller twice and no reply. I just want my money back but I need to wait another 30 days for getting refund. I have to wait until Oct 30 2006. If I do not get beyoung that date, I am going to report my bank and claim as dispute.

I never recieved this item... Filed a claim and still haven't heard anything from ebay or half.com about this. My experiences on eBay have been great except for this bologna.

I was very displeased because I did not receive the book Operations Management (Jay Heizer) from the seller. When I tried to contact the seller, there was no response. I ended up waiting for several weeks for my book to come and it never did. This resulted in poor performance in my class for the first couple weeks. Not only did I lose money, but I had to acquire even more money to go and buy another book. This is was frustrating.

I was going to buy this book because I needed it for my class. The seller never contacted me when I didn't receive the item. I am still waiting to hear back from the claim department.
