Operation Management by Barry Render, Jay H. Heizer (2006, Hardcover, Illustrated)

I wanted to buy the book for production management class for this Spring semester which is half way gone, but the seller did not send the book to me. I have no information to give about how I like, dislike or love the book since I did not, neither get the book , nor my money back to buy another one.

The book was not packaged very well. When I received it is was coing out of the brown paper wrapping.

The book is in great condition as the seller described it. If i ever need to buy a book again they are the first i will check if they have it in stock. Thanks again.

It was a good quality book that was in good condition. The book is very helpful in my Operations Management class.

Its perfect!!!!!!!!!! I bought the Operation Management by Barry Render, Jay H. Heizer (2006) three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the condition of the book. My only complaint is that the package was not properly placed.Overall, I'd recommend the book if you're on a budget.

This book has very good study cases. The font size is perfect so when you read it, because it has many many information and many pages, you don't get eye's akes.

I had to purchase this textbook for an Operational Management course. It is detailed and has good examples.
