This, like the other Thoene books, is colorful and fast moving. It's so easy to keep up with the action when reading them. Bodie has a way of shifting from scene to scene so you never get bored.
This is one of the Galway Series and a helpful insight into the struggles of the IRA there. What I like about the Thoene books is the fact that Brock provides the historical background to all the novels while Bodie writes her characters as they would have lived during those troubled times.
The Galway Series books aren't my favorite among the Thoenes', but they are still very good and well worth the read.
