Only a Lad by Oingo Boingo (CD, A&M Records USA)

This is the best work done by Oingo Boingo, it was the first cd they put out.
all the songs are awesome and there remake of You really got me is awesome!
I play this cd over and over.
out of all the oingo boingo cds this is a must have even the way he sings is a bit different from the others.

This is Oingo Boingo's BRILLIANT masterpiece. I love going to sites that have the music video for Little Girls up and reading the comments. People say things like "I don't know who Oingo Boingo is but they should be thrown in jail" and "Why isn't this song banned!!!" You just have to love people who have a knee jerk reaction to something and just Don't get it. I always respond with something like "do you guys like The Simpsons theme song?" or "Nightmare Before Christmas was awesome wasn't it!". But enough about the lame people. I use Little Girls as my phone ring tone.

Only A Lad is more than a humorous tongue in cheek project. The song Capitalism is an attack on American socialism and Only A Lad tears in to liberal PC thought. But before you think it's all about attacking the left a close listen will show that neo-cons are taking just as much fire, if not more than liberals. After hearing this album, one can only conclude that Danny Elfman is (or was at the time) A Libertarian. You gotta love that!
