This is the perfect book for learning how to read and evaluate EKGs. I read it cover to cover in about 3 hours and actually understood everything! The only thing I didn't like about this book is that some of the rhythms are overly simplistic. Oh well, you have to start somewhere! I feel like I have a very solid base now, on which I'll be building my EKG skills in the future!

A very very very close second
) This book was great for learning a bunch of concepts about conduction, the heart, etc. etc. In terms of interactivity and summary diagrams, I would have to say that Dubin's "Rapid Interpretation of EKGs" would have to take the title, but not by much.
I'm currently an M2, and reading through the first 3/5 of the book helped me immensely during the cardiac unit on the subject. A definite recommend!

This book is awesome! I have come to love EKGs! It is very descriptive, humourous and accurate! There are a lot of pictures to better understand the material and the anatomy & physiology of your own heart. And there are tons of example EKGs to review for diagnosis.
