Description
Third installment in Capcom's popular ninja-vs-monsters themed action adventure series. Samanosuke plays exactly like he did in the first game. The game breaks free from the pre-rendered camera system of the predecessor to serve up a much faster and action-focused game experience. Main star Samanosuke plays much like he did in the first game, but the new second character Jaques (featuring the likeness of Jean Reno), is a much different type of experience. In control of an energy whip, Jacques can smack his enemies high and low and even grab them in a python-like grip for additional maneuvers. The game will feature locales ranging from feudal Japan to modern-day Paris, France.

Special Features
As a first for the series, Onimusha 3 will use full polygonal backgrounds as capcom strives to realize the title real and dramatic camerawork. Players will exalt the battle scenes, as they are full of depth, and even more sword slashing action; the opening movies have been pushed to a new level. Capcom has enlisted the talents of hong kong action star and director donnie yen as the cg action director. Returning to the onimusha project is robot, the company responsible for making all of the onimusha opening movies and yamazaki takeshi, the cg movie director. onimusha 3 is a collaboration of several talented staff members as they focus on bringing a masterpiece that rivals even the biggest blockbuster movies.

A Frenchman in a Samurai Game?

A hack and slash with an RPG like story? Impossible? Not with this game. This is a phenominal game that combines survival horror with a hack and slah of a ninja game with a comples story line and CGI movies of an RPG. You MUST get this game if you are a fan of arcade style hack and slash and love RPG's.

The only weird thing is you get to control a Frenchman as you jump back and forth through time. As if spending time to power up one person isn't enough... now you have to power up both.
