Being a big sister with a loose tooth herself, my daughter loves this book. I love the simplicity, charm and wonder of it myself, as well, as Sal wonders if sea gulls, seals and other animals get loose teeth, makes a wish for her sister on a spark plug, and shows off her loose tooth to the two Mr. Condons in town. This is one we'll enjoy for years to come, and I feel like my daughter will want to take with her when she grows up!

) This is a classic story for children. It can be a book to read at bedtime or for young readers themselves. I bought it to donate to our church library. I wanted our patrons to have a book that depicts a happy, simple time for children.
