Its a good story and tells you an ideal way to manage. I don't see it happening in the real world. If the only time you see someone is when they do something wrong, how long do you think they will stay? I did like the idea of reprimand and its done. Don't keep harping. I would recommend it for folks new to management. Any little bit of knowledge helps.
