One Foot in the Grave by Jeaniene Frost (2008, Paperback)

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I loved this book from page one. I have read the entire Night Huntress series by Frost and I love all of them. Frost's writing style is strong, sexy and witty just as the persona of the main character Cat. This book (series) completely pulls you in from beginning to end leaving you craving more! If you like Twilight, Wicked Lovely, Sookie Stackhouse novels, or The House of Night series, I have a feeling you'll love this one too! Granted its a little more heavy than the tween reads, if that's your thing-great- if not it is easy to surpass those parts and does not overwhelm the story. Five Stars, A++ Thank You Jeaniene!!

this book continues 4 years after the last one. that was kind of a surprise to find that that much time had lapsed.

some of the questions that were raised at the end of the previous book were answered. maybe not resolved fully, but answered.

i definately like all the sub plots, it's a multi layered book, which is very rare in these times. to have so many sub plots but not loose sight of the main plot.

oh and the adult situations have definately improved from book to book.

her mom isn't in this one too much so you don't have to deal with all that whining from the first book.

it's going to be a very interesting series.

What I love about this book is EVERYTHING! I have to wait a few days till my next book comes in because I read these NIGHT HUNTRESS NOVELS so fast.As a matter of fact, after I finish this review, I'm going to order the rest of the series because this is the type of series that you do not want to have to stop reading.What else can I say besides I am so glad I discovered Jeaniene Frost while trolling thru eBay listings. The reviews helped out allot in my initial decision to purchase the first book so thank you all the people who take the time to write reviews!

Frost just gets better and better. Her newest book is even better than the first. Bones is back and he gets his Cat back and Cat's not going to let anyone or anything separate them again. AHHHH....That's what I call true love. Someone needs to backhand mommy dearest!Looking forward to more Ms. Frost.

I couldnt put it down! None stop action!It was everything that I expected and more. I cant wait for he fourth book to be printed. I love the women bounty hunter theme it remined it me alot of the Anita Blake series by Laurel K. Hamilton. If you are into these types of books, I highly recommend that you read each and every novel. I am an advocate book reader and this was a spine tingling,attention grabbing, on your toes action packed book.

This is a really fun book to read. I had read the Twilight series and enjoyed them so I thought I would try this series. I was not disappointed.

I loved the 2nd book just as much as I loved the first one. The 2nd book wasn't as strong as the 1st book but I found myself unable to stop reading this book. It's very addicting and leaves you on the edge.

This book was not as strong as the first that came before it, but was still highly enjoyable. There is little to criticize, except that the font was larger in this book than the book preceding it, making it appear longer than it actually was. An overall excellent book, highly recommended.
