  Amazing
Review created: 10/04/08

Amazing! Gives a far better look into the whole 1972 Olympic games and just how poorly the Germans handled the whole situation. After watching this I won't support the Olympics anymore with they're lack of common courtesy for the atrocities that where going on that day. A real eye opener for anyone.

Tragedy at the Munich Olympics Documentary
Review created: 04/26/08

I was not born when the Munich tragedy took place and was not really aware of it until I just happened to watch this documentary when it was shown on tv. This documentary shows actual footage, news reels and interviews with not only family members and surviving team members but even with one of the terrorists. I couldn't believe the incompetence of the authorities and all the mistakes that were made in the attemped rescue. This movie is graphic, it shows actual pictures of the murdered men; but it is also excellently done. This movie draws you in and I was furious watching the events take place. If want to know (or remember) what happened at the Munich Olympic games, I would definitely reccommend this movie.

Good Documentary of the Munich Massacre

Anyone who has seen Spielberg's morally ambiguous movie, "Munich" should see this movie. Where Spielberg's action thriller ascribes moral equivalency between Palestinian terrorist murderers and Israeli Mossad agents who deliver justice, this movie sheds a bit more light on the truth of the murderers.

It's still an outrage that the Olympic community has not never acknowledged, nor memorialized the brutal killing of 12 Israeli athletes back in September 1972.
