Potty training can be tough. Learning to use the potty is often a lengthy process, testing the patience of both parent and child. When success finally comes-and it will come in time, without pressure, it enhances the child's confidence and pride. He has taken another step toward independence. He sat on the potty as a little child and got up feeling ten-feet tall.

This book came in very handy for me when trying to potty train my son. It shows what a potty is, and what you need to do with it. It shows some funny suggestions like do you wear it on your head like a hat? or do you use it as a bird bath or flower pot. The little boys name in the book is Joshua and that is my sons name so it couldn't have worked out any better for me. He just really thought I was reading this story about him. The terms in the book that they use is wee wee and bottom. Joshuas mommy was so tired of changing diapers all the time. Joshua practiced sitting on the potty everyday. At first he didn't like it. But then one day.... He sat and sat and sat.... Guess what Joshua did? Poo Poo on the potty.

It is just a great book to read to your potty training child. They love it as well as the parents love it. Here is the quote on back of the book:
