This is a great book; it offers very special recepies, I love the ones especialy designed for polish holidays. Try the prune and fig compot at Christmas time, or the beet clear soup.....
This book also very briefly describes polish traditions, so if you have a polish friend, or just an iterest in other cultures, you will love the 'taste' of this book.
