Good job Nick!

I have, in the past, had occasion to borrow both of Nick's previous books on old gunsights and scopes, and I feel that the author has done a very good job of building upon information from these previous volumes.
There is a lot more detail and information in this combined volume that is easily seen, as I have only given it a brief perusal. The particular volume I bought has some problems in the trim, a cut in the back cover, and a bent corner. These are cosmetic flaws however, and I am more concerned with the information within. I mention them only because I work at a book factory and they'd have relegated my particular copy to the scrap pile!
Though as mentioned, my perusal has been brief, I can readily see that Nick has indeed put some work into the book and it isn't just a reprint of the previous volumes combined into one. Stroebel has done a good job of presenting the increased subject matter. Thanks Nick, most informative and interesting, really liked the color plates!
