This was a good value, hard to go wrong with the okidata product. Item came in the original box. Boxes looked used, so item was in stock for long time. These look as though they were factory refurbished items. Seller provided a 90 day warranty on item.

This is probably the 4th or 5th Oki 320 Turbo we have purchased - all either used or refurbished on ebay. What can I say - these units are tanks, and are ideal for printing on multi-part forms (we have used on up to 5 part carbonless forms with no problems).
The look of the dot matrix image is not as crisp as laser printers but if you are using multi-part forms, this is the printer to get.
We use ours all day for sales orders/ packing list and invoices. Once installed, you only need to change the ribbons periodically.
New units like this price out at around $400-$500. The units are workhorses, so if you can find a clean looking used or refurb on ebay, don't be surprised if it has a lot of life in in for $100 or less. If and when the unit dies, you can buy another cheaper than you can fix it. We have had a couple die on us, but we have always gotten our money out of them first (and then some). The failure usually is electronic, or in the carriage. We have yet to have the print head itself fail.

The only downside to these units, apart from the print quality (relative to laser printers) is they are loud. We find it best to keep them in a seperate room - away from desks or phones. Otherwise, if you are printing a lot, they will drive you crazy.

I don't think you can go wrong with one of these, if you are in the market for a capable dot matrix.

Okidata printer microline 320 I disturb matrix to printer that alquiri through you resivi either and this worked to me or I give to the grace the speed him with which it shipment. The equipment is excellent and this worked to me well in which I am using.

I suppose it is a good printer for a Dot-Matrix. I just don't like dot-matrix printers, but my software did not support laser or ink-jet. It is suppose to be a very sturdy, long lasting printer. I found it hard to setup the automatic top & bottom print margins after tear-off. I had to have a computer guru help me. Ask me again in a couple of years.

I decided to buy this product because the seller stated the printer had a USB port. Unfortunately he advertised this product incorrectly. I also had difficulty getting in touch with the seller.

first of all, we need a printer.
after we received, nice pakaging and look good when i saw it.
hook to the system and try right away. every thing seem to me fine, except running not smooth as the one i have. but acceptable.

I purchased the Oki 320 as a replacement for the printer I was using to print invoices and statements. I have always found the Oki 320 a durable, dependable printer for the job. During a series of thunderstorms, lightning apparently ran in on the previous printer and it was no longer of use and I wanted another Oki 320 as I knew the quality of this printer was excellent. I am very satisfied in its everyday use.

I really liked this printer... That is why when I first ordered it and it arrived broken due to poor shipping I ordered another one. The second printer arrived broken due to poor shipping. Both printers were also dead on arrival and they had no guarantee they would work. So I bought a third printer with a guarantee that it would work and not be dead on arrival. It worked great... for about 3 weeks and now the computer board is not working. Sometimes you have to switch it off then back on to print. Sometimes the paper tracking falls apart for no reason. So it is a good printer I just happened to get three 'duds' that were evidently used hard for a long time and then sold as good when really they were quite bad.

Good equipment. I decided to buy because i need it for my office. I like to buy from Ebay because is secure.

Regarding this specific product i do have some points to talk about. My husband and I open a new business and we need it and oki data. They are kind of expensive and since i know ebay works really good we decided to buy it here.

1) I loved the price. It was really convinient to us. When opening a business one has lots of things to buy and this was a way of saving a couple of dollars.

2) I decided to buy it because, the descripcion said that it was in very good working condicions, and that they will include a new ribbon. The seller also had great feed back and he/she also offer some warranty. Since it was the first time buing and electronic from ebay, that made me trust the ebayer.

3) Last but not least. We I was very dissapointed of this product. The ebayer took to long to respond my messages. I was worried because of the arrival of my oki printer and the opening of my business. The oki was essential to us. But he/she did answer after all. When I received the oki, it wasn't working properly and it had an old ribbon. the ebayer said he would send me the new rebbon at no charge, until this date I have not received such ribbon. I wanted to return the printer and the ebayer was very good at that because he/she said that we could either get a replacement or our money back.. I talked about it with my husband and we decided to buy a new oki data and just forget about sending the other one back.. So what i did was.... I left My feed back to the seller. I left a possitive feed back, i did say much, but i didn't mess with his reputation as a seller. I just said "Thank you" if i am not mistaken and he never answer me back. And that is the part that makes me more upset. well not upset but he/she could have left a thank you back. Since we bouth know how important is each one feed back in this site..

It is a old printer but we need it for our software it'is the only one acepted for our dealership program system it works good but with the new technology looks and runs old!
