Ohio Photographers 1839-1900 by Diane Vanskiver Gagel (1998, Hardcover, Illustrated)

With the increased interest in CDVs, tintypes, and cabinet cards there is greater need for information on individual photographers and the best place to start is by states. Such a valuable source is this work on Ohio photographers. Unfortunately, there is not enough information on some other states. Hopefully this will be remedied in the near future.
