I purchased this album after viewing the Million Ways to Be Cruel Video, which basically consisted of the band performing a hilarious choreographed dance in their backyard. I listened to this album for about 4 days straight. While most of the material expresses mixed emotions for some elusive girl, the lyrics are definitely not sentimental. There is a certain cynicism with modern youth dating culture mixed with instrumentalism reflecting more nostalgic influences. They reminded me of Rooney but were more energetic and forceful.

Oh No has their OK Go's catchiest song to date, "Here It Goes Again," but lacks the consistency and wily charm of their debut. This album is still recommended, but you should also take a look at OK Go's self-title debut.

I did finally receive my cd but it took a month to get it. I haven't been an ebay customer that long but from the way my friends have bragged about it, I think that they haven't had this kind of a problem before.

) I have purchased allot of albums that have a couple of good songs on them and thats it . OK GO has managed to put together an album where every song is as good as the last . These guys are sonic craftsman. They know how to write lyrics and build a vib from the ground up . Great stuff.

) Feeling down ? You won't stay that way if you listen to this great CD by Ok Go. Great music , great lyrics, and just a happy, feel good sound, sometimes a flash back to the Beatles. These were the guys who made it big by doing their own video's, first the internet hit of them dancing in the backyard to "A Million Ways " and then with the treadmill video for " Here it goes again, for which they won a Grammy. Both songs are on this CD.Enjoy !

The thing that got me interested in this band is that their videos are all over YouTube and they're a fun band to watch. They're a talented group of musicians that obviously enjoy doing what they do. Lot's of catchy songs on this disk that you will listen to over and over before you get tired of any of them--except the last one. I don't get that one--a half-hour of ambient room noises? What's that about, anyways? Still, I'd recommend this album to anyone that likes pop-rock.

The lyrics draw you in, the music keeps you. You can tell an intelligent man who has been wronged wrote them. Just listen to the words Their front man Damian Kulash is the writer, lead singer and also guitarist for the group - and he is so adorable looking! Andy Ross is the new guy on the block, replacing Andy Duncan - the new Andy is an improvement. Tim Nordwind has quite the following and has known Damian since they were 11 year olds at camp. Dan Kanopka is the drummer. In their www.youtube.com videos he gets rather onery with his dancing.
My favorites on OK GO's second CD is "Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time" in the middle of that song, listen to their three guitars - it's genius work. Also No Sign Of Life, Let It Rain, and Maybe This Time. The treadmill routine was to the song Here It Goes Again and will be a classic, and their backyard routine to A Million Ways to Be Cruel is awe inspiring. The guys are so talented and humble. OK GO just got back from touring Australia and Japan and now they are due some R & R and song writing since their third CD is due out in 2008. If you heard their first effort "OK GO" and loved it, you will love this one also, the two are packed with great songs. YES, I am a huge fan of the four guys OK GO.
