Oh, David! by David Shannon (2005, Hardcover, Board)

The book was great. David Shannon does a wonderful job with all his books. The book was for my son, who is 2. It came fast and prompt in great condition!

My son LOVES "David" books. At two I think these may already be a little baby-ish though. Still Cute. Every little boy can identify and they allow the reader to fill in dialouge as desired. My husband thinks David looks a little evil....hmm.

My kindergarten class love the David books. They are classroom favorites that are requested again and again. They have predictable text that many of the students can read themselves and adorable pictures.

I love the fact that this book is for the explorative toddler. Not only is it a well done piece, it provides durability from tears and drips - like most kids will try. I have Oh, David by David Shannon and what I love most is that the kids wants to have it read over and over and before long, they'll recognize the words - not only in this book. Great learing tool, I purchased it for my 7-year old who asked for all of David Shannon's books for Christmas. When I received it I immediately thought - PERFECT - for her two year old little sister. Well done, it's a keeper and made so that it can be kept, even after the little ones have handled it.

Fun book! We exchange David's name for our son's name....he LOVES it!!! The pictures are great and very colorful! It's short so young children who are just starting to sit and listen to books won't get bored!

This book is simple. I change O David to my sons name. He has loved this book since he was 12 months old. It is perfect of the attention span of a Baby/Young Toddler.
