Office 2004 For Macintosh by Franklin N. Tessler, Nan Barber (2005, Paperback)

This book, unlike the other one begins with the BASICs from opening a new Excel worksheet. That's the main reason I bought it over the other one. It describes the type of data you can enter. The book has black and white illustrative figures and frequent tips. Page 491 does give you the calculation order or Hierarchy to help you type in formulas correctly. Negatives, I wish the topics were categorized better and that there were more pronounced topic headings so that you could find areas of interest faster. The other book did a better job of this. I want to emphasize, I haven't fully utilized the book to see whether or not the directions actually work.
