Odyssey White Steel 5 Putter Golf Club

I was looking at the top-rated Odyssey White Hot 2-ball putter and tried it out. A bit too hot at impact, at least for me. It felt like I don't get a good feel for the ball, though it gives you confidence that the ball will get there on long putts. Then I tried the White Steel 5 and it just felt right. Enough bounce off the putter face at impact but you can still feel the ball, solid and rolls very nicely. If I can only reach the greens more often... I shoot in the 80's and high 70's on a good day. And this putter helps my score low. Just plain confidence when you're about to use it.

I'm really satisfied with the Odyssey White Steel #5 putter. It has a better feel that I had anticipated and the putts roll true off of the face. A friend of mine has an Odyssey White Hot #5, and I liked the way it looked when addressing the ball so I tried the White Steel #5 at the Pro Shop where I play. I liked the feel of the ball coming of the face of the White Steel #5 better that the White Hot #5, so I decided to buy the White Steel #5. Of all the equipment I've bought in the eight years I've been playing golf, this was by far the best decision that I have made for a golf club.

This is a great putter with solid feel. It's easy to align, and heavier so it's easy to swing smoothly.

I like this putter alot, it has a great feel to it. The condition looked good and the price was right!

The #5 mallet, White Steel putter was exactly what I was expecting. Excellent weight distribution. Alighnment lines are clearly visible, though not overwhelming so as to be a distraction. Mis-hits still went along the target line. Feel and feedback from the steel insert was very good.

It was my first Odessey putter and I guarantee it won't be the last.

I like this club for the feel it offers when striking the ball. The marking lnes make it easy to aim the ball in the direction you want it to go. I used a nike putter with the blue insert and I could tell the difference immediately when I hit it with the Oddyssey puttter.

I just wish I could put better so I could get the maximum use of this club.

Has a good feel and putts straight. Odyssey putters are my favorite putters. I've tried a Ping Craz-e putter and it worked but I think the Odyssey has a better feel.

This is a great putter with a good balanced weight. it also has great feel to it and a very nice grip. also looks pretty cool

the ebay system is interesting, fun, and easy to use.
The white steel is a perfect fit for me and finding the club was easy with several items to choose from. I was even able to find the correct shaft length for me. A totally postive experience in finding, bidding, paying, (paypal), and recieving the putter.

This «Odyssey White Steel 5 Putter Golf Club» is probably the best thing I happened to buy on e-Bay ! The 33.5 inches are just great for me. This right handed mallet style putter fits my own putting style very well as it works better hitting the ball from just left to the center between my feet. Its appropriately curved shaft nearby the head apperas to acurately centers the axis on the middle of the face, the hitting surface. I used to play with a straight shaft centered in the middle of the face, but no doubt I will switch to this mallet putter.

Well, I really like the fact that it helps you line up the shot. The design of the putter helps my stroke be smooth. This is the first putter I spent any money on and I am glad that I did. Well worth the money.

I am totally disappointed with this buy. It was not in good condition. It has many nicks,dings on head and many club hits when jammed into bag.It also had a worn Ping grip not an Odyssey grip. I e-mailed the seller that i was sending it back,so he cut the price in-half. I excepted this but again i made the mistake of really not checking it out. I started using the putter only to find out that the insert on the face of the putter was loose. This is not acceptable to putt with, so i can not use it. I have chalked this up as a lesson learned and not to accept a stock photo. If you read how it was Written it implied that he tried golf and did not like it so he wanted to sell the equipment. It led me to beleive that it was used by an adult and not abused.I have bought other things from E-Bay with great success,this was NOT one of them.

Great feel , great on short, to medium putts, great confidence at address , all around i would say its one of the best i've owned

This Odyssey White Steel 5 Putter is really a nice alternative to other putters whch are seemingly too big and bulky. This putter is like a sleek combination of a mallet type putter and blade.

Nice heavy head. Very easy to align, even more so than my 2 ball blade. Excellent distance control and feel. I currently own 14 high end putters and I would say this is the best of them all for that dreaded 3-10 footer. As a low handicapper, I seem to have a lot of those.

been looking for a putter for a while now. demoed one last week and loved it. great balence, smooth stroke, improved on average putts.

The alignment is awesome, the feel and touch of this putter is awesome, and the look is outstanding. You can not go wrong with any of the white steel putters.

He did not take paypal so it took a little more effort and time
to process everything. But the putter I ordered came in just as
he listed it. Made a birdie with my first putt!

Good putter, fair price, even without the head cover that the owner put on line separately. Never imagined that but hope he has to eat it. All in all, it was a good buy at nearly half the price of a new putter from Odyssey.

I had a Nike BC-101, which was nice. But I felt I needed more weight at the head. So I tried the mallet instead of the traditional heel/toe. The White Steel was just what I was looking for, and more.. Immediate improvment!! The touch, the feel...that sound you love to hear at the bottom of the cup.

I like everything about the putter. The condition is great and the sellers description was under rated. I bought it because I was looking for a new putter. I love this purchase.
