Odyssey White Steel 2-ball Blade Putter Golf Club

The feel is very soft and smooth. When you scratch it, it really stands out. The two balls on the end create a visual track to the ball. Though, when you hit it, you can't hit it very hard because it is so heavy, otherwise, I love mine!

I'm not sure which 'studies' the reviewer below has been looking at but Golf and Golf Digest consistently rank this putter #1 and for good reason. It's nicely balanced and the two-ball alignment aids work for me and apparently everyone else. There is also a satisfying feel to striking the ball. I don't know how to express it better than to say you can feel a correctly struck putt. While I'd rather look down on a nice clean blade, it's hard to argue with the results this mallet produces. I have heel-shafted model and a center-shafted model and I'm adding an offset-shafted model to my collection. At this time, I prefer the center shaft but this is obviously personal to your swing and eye. I occasionally push the center shaft model which is why I'm going to try the offset shaft. If Odyssey came out with an offset center shaft that would probably be perfect for me. I average right at 1.7 putts per hole, 30 putts per round, to give you a baseline.

Great putter. When I got it I wondered why I waited so long to get a new putter. I sometimes putt on an 8-10 foot line drawn on the practice green to the hole. I used to have trouble putting the ball on the line. With the 2-ball center shaft it was automatic. I've made more putts with this club in a couple weeks than I made in several months before. It's not magic. You still need a good stroke, but the 2-ball is a lot easier to line up and keep on line. It's a great putter and you can save a good amount off retail on E-bay.

I have owned the first Odyssey mallet putter years ago and it was time for a change. The 2-ball makes it easy to line up putts. The balance is good on the blade style putter. The newly designed grip is comfortable and tacky. It's a nice secure feel and it builds confidence for a solid stroke. Because of the 2-ball image and your ball lined up- You should be able to stroke putts consistently on the high side so more chance of making the putt. Overall a very good putter
which has given me additional pars/birdies.

The White Steel 2 Ball blade is one of the best putters on the market. The 2 ball alignment system will make your putts deadly accurate, and the urethane insert will help you get the distance you need. I especially like the Odyssey grip, which will really help you hold onto the putter, and keep your wrists locked for solid putting strokes that stay on your intended line.

This is a very high quality putter that will last a very long time.

Not aweful to look at buts tests very poorly according to independent studies. Found that of center hits we not forgiven very well

Love the feel of this putter. Great visual line up with the two balls. Nice feel of the ball off the putter. Not to soft, not to firm. Good control.

I started off using the regular Odyssey White Hot 2-ball
putter but found that I was leaving a lot of putts short
due to the soft face. So I went to the White Steel putter
and I did better with the pace of the putts but found that
it was not always lining up properly. With the purchase of
this "Blade" type putter I seem to be able to line up the putts
better and have been making more putts. I would highly recommend
this putter to others.

A standard now on tour and everywhere else. The 2 ball by Odyssey is simply a terrific putter - well balanced, smooth swinging, great feeling. And it gets that little ball in that seemingly littler hole. The White Steel 2 ball putter has a slightly harder feel to it than the older White Hot model due to the steel insert in the middle of the face. Some folks care for a softer feel and others prefer the firmer feel of the White Steel. Both putters are face balanced, smooth swinging with a natural feel to them.
Whatever your preference, pick up one of the White XXX 2 ball Putters and you won't be disappointed. Your putting game will surely benefit and so will you.

I bought the White Steel putter because I had used one from a friend for a round and found that I was able to strike the ball with better feel. I have used it now for about 5 rounds, and yesterday I couldn't miss. I think it took me a while to get the true feel for the distances, and get use to the alignment so that I had confidence when I hit the ball. Having that confidence helped me to putt like I was going to make it rather than hoping I didn't miss it. I like the weight and the mallet head, because it truly helps keep the alignment through the stroke. Overall, a great club that I am glad I took the leap to get.

I love the way this looks better than the picture. I t is Like brand new, and if It hadn't said used, I would belive it is new. I decided to buy it because I like Blade putters, but they are hard to aim and I thought this blade with the 2 balls would straighten out some of my mishits. If it works as good on the course as it does on my rug, it is awesome.

This putter is worth just as much as GOLD on the Putting Green. And plays like it to. I think that without my whitehot I would not be as good of a golfer as I am. The two-puts turn into one awsome put......usually.
