Odyssey White Hot XG 7 Putter Golf Club

I tried this putter while looking at several Odyssey two ball putters and what a difference! I was not even considering this club because I did not think it looked very impressive sitting on the display rack. I am glad I gave it a try. I ended up easily picking the XG #7 over my other considerations.

This club has proven to be one of the easiest putters to align when on the green. I am now routinely making putts of all lengths instead of lipping out or misaligning from the start. Looking down from your stance, the putter design builds confidence and allows the eyes to see directly where you intend to stroke the ball. In addition, the face insert has a soft feel and allows for a more aggressive stroke, even on faster greens. That soft feel has helped my distance control.

I highly recommend you give the putter a serious look.

PS – When give a choice, Odyssey web-site recommends players use a shorter shafted putter. Statically the shorter the shaft the better the better the putting scores. I am 6' and had my 34” putter cut down to 33 ¼ inches. It has helped tremendously. The PGA pro I was talking with said “The majority of golfers purchase putters that are routinely too long for their optimal putting stroke.

This club is great. It has vastly improved my putting. I love the weight of the club and the control that results. The design allows me to line up a putt very easily and has lowered my scores, practicaly eliminating my three putt holes. The feel of the club is totally different from anything I have played with before. Great option if you like a heavier putter.

It really helps align the putts for me at close range. It has a great balance and feel to it. I am very impressed with it. I have had two different Scotty Cameron putters as well and this is better to me for my style of putting.

It is an overall great putter!! Looks super cool, and hits buttery smooth!! Has great balance with the two fangs!! I used it at a local austads and i couldnt have been more impressed!!

I love the feel of the grip. The double offset shaft makes the club easy to keep square. The clube head weight and balance keep the clubhead square and straight through the siwng arc and help the ball run true. Also the face insert provides a very good "touch".

Putter has very nice balance and feel to it. Just aim and stroke, it does the rest. Tried one out at a nearby driving range and again at Dick's Sporting Goods; made every putt I tried. Found a nice used one on ebay and so far the the results have been very good. Simple alignment with the three dots; very cool design for picking up balls from the green. I would recommend you test one out.

I was recently playing a taylormade daytona rossa. A nice putter but was not confident with it. Tried the #7 and what a difference. Just standing over the ball looking down at it makes you feel like your going to make it. Have had alot more putts inside 10 feet go in since I started using it than Ive had in a while. Will stay in the bag.

This putter is a great club, it's well balanced, and has a good feel. Before purchasing I had not noticed many pro's using the club but in the recent events more and more pro's are using it. It is a great value.

great putter. as always Odyssey has a wonderful putter that combines soft feel with solid striking. also about the easiest putter i've seen to use in picking the ball up off of the green.

This putter looks great at set up. It has a great feel off the face. The putter cover and "Odyssey" poker chip ball marker are included. The greatest, most important aspect to why I love this putter is: When I stand over a putt, i think I'm going to make it!

I"ve owned just about every putter out there; and I have to say this one is the clear winner. Its alignment aid is unsurpassed, just aim and do a pendulum stroke and its in the hole. I also like the weight of the putter, its not too heavy like the heavy putter, but they got it just right where you don't lose your feel. The first time out I sank 6 consecutive putts from about the 7 foot range; and just last week I sank a 30 footer going downhill, and it tracked the whole way. It has taken 3-4 strokes off my game. Want to lower your handicap right away, give this XG #7 a try. Oh and its great for picking up the balls too.
