I have the VCR cassette for this video, but wanted the DVD version too so I ordered it on ebay. The DVD advertised was not the version I got, so I asked for a refund and was given the run-around by the seller who refused to refund me stating that the picture on the DVD case and version date may be different but it is the same Movie. He eventually agreed to refund my money if I shipped the DVD unopened and unused which I did. I didn’t hear from him for a while so I escalated the report to PayPal who claimed I was due a refund, but they needed a delivery confirmation number if they were supposed to help me and I would have to pay the postal cost for returning the product. I explained to the PayPal rep. that I had already shipped the DVD, plus adding delivery confirmation to the order would have meant sending it priority mail, a cost which significantly exceeded the amount I paid for the DVD. PayPal couldn't help me then, so they closed the case. Not surprisingly, the seller also did not receive the package I mailed him. Now I am out of a DVD and I am out of the twenty something dollars I paid for it. I will be closing my eBay account because I won't be buying anything else on eBay too soon. There is no accountability for products sold on eBay and asking a buyer to pay exorbitant return shipping cost that should have been the seller’s responsibility makes no sense especially when the seller is at fault.
