Odin Sphere (PlayStation 2, 2007)

Graphics - Odin Sphere is one of the most beautiful games yet released on the Ps2. At times, the hand-drawn sprites are like watching a next-gen system. This is truly why 2D games will never die.

Sound - From the composer of Final Fantasy Tactics, the soundtrack for Odin Sphere is deep and encompassing. Will definitely be a game you'll want to play on a quality sound system.

Gameplay - Enthralling gameplay split up into 5 seperate stories, so just when you think you're getting bored with a certain character, the whole game shifts and you're now playing with a new person. Controls are tight and managable. The only downfall is that some of the enormous bosses cause slight lag on the screen. But definitely not something that hurts the game.

Replay Value - Definitely a game to play over and over again for the sheer fact that the item creation system can not be used at all, or, you can get as deep into it as you'd like. I played through this game MANY times.
