Me and my wife like this movie a lot. She suggested I look around for it and I ended up purchasing it from ebay. The movie is awesome the actors are awesome. Keep up the good work, and keep on supplying consumers with great product and hard to find items.

This is my 7 year old son's favorite movie. It is the true story of man how begins in a small mining town and ends up working for NASA. It is a great, inspiring story.

This is a really nice, family-oriented movie. A bit too much swearing for young children.

This is based on a true story about Homer Hickham and how small towns often work. Reading over some of his literary works, the movie did an excellent job of turning it more into a storyline than an autobiography. The actors they chose fit the bill perfectly. The clips during the credits of the actual people really hit the heart.

As long as young children aren't in the room, it's two thumbs up.

This is a wonderful movie, especially if you want to remember what it was like living in the 50's and 60's. This is also a good movie for children learning about the Space program.

It was a feel good movie with an underdog concept.Very well made, not cheesy, overdone. Dreams can come true for this young man that represents a small town with 3 other classmates. At the end of the movie it shows the fruits of their labor, and you feel like you did not waste your time. It was similar to Kevin Costner field of dreams concept put into turbulent times for the United States.

after reading the book, the movie was the only next option.this is by far one of the best movies ever made depicting a true story.

October Sky is an outstanding movie with an excellent cast. Jake G. is fantastic. Laura Dern should have won and Oscar along with Mr. Cooper. Mr. Cooper's (Mr. Hickum) attitude would inspire anyone to succeed at all costs.

Wonderful, inspiring movie - this one is a keeper! The time period is well depicted. Chris Cooper is his usual amazing self and Jake G is superb.

Great family movie. I purchased it origionally because of the Steam Locomotive used in the Movie, The old Southern 4501 in which I rode on in an excursion as a Child. I am glad I purchased the Movie as really enjoyed it.

I decided to buy this because its a true story and my moms family grew up right around where this took place. my mom and dad went to big creek high school. and it was good to see. I spent many summer vacations right around there. when we moved away about the time this took place.

I needed this movie for a summer class that I was teaching. If it had not been for the summer class I probably would not have bought it. I am more of a sci fi person. The movie was good though
