Occupational Outlook Handbook 2006-2007 by U.S. Department of Labor (2006, Paperback)

This company simply refuses to handle customer service. They would not reply to any messages I sent via eBay or email, even waiting a couple weeks. Then when I called their phone number, after going through eBay's tool to find it, member to member, the man on the phone kept telling me this was a warehouse and not to contact him, but email and someone would reply. I told him a couple times on the phone that I DID email, and no one ever replied for a couple weeks, and he said, "Now you are ____ (cursing) me off" and hung up on me! What the heck??? I am ____ YOU off???

Totally RUDE. No interest at all in helping the customer. They should not be any PowerSeller or any seller, for that matter, with rude comments like that on the phone and still no help. Ended up doing a charge back. Shop elsewhere, folks. Even free isn’t worth that treatment.
