I suffer with PTSD and struggle with processing loss, like the death of family or even of friends moving away or other "triggers". However when I found this product and started playing it at night very low on continuous play I would wake feeling the grief but still grounded and stable. I felt I had the internal tools to cope and carry on with my life and still do. I have recommended it to others who struggle with PTSD and they have received the same results. It is a godsend. Please spread this information to all who are suffering with trauma and might be helped by listening to this disc.

It is wonderful even for those not suffering with PTSD but just suffering from any emotional loss AT ALL. It is such an inexpensive tool for healing, with such priceless benefits.
