Review of Nursing DiagnosisThe book was listed as in acceptable condition, but the book had lots of water damage and most of the pages were warped. It's fine since I got a great price on it, but when it's something as serious as significant water damage, it would be nice for that to be included. Instead, this book was listed as being "a great gift for a student". Again though, the book was listed as acceptable it just would have been nice for a more accurate description.
