I purchased this care plan book after I found the recommended book for my nursing program to be too complicated.

This book is full of basic interventions, and is an excellent resource for the beginning nursing student. The language is simple, and easy to understand. The book gives interventions, rationales, preferred outcomes, related factors, and defining characteristics for almost all medical surgical situations.

This book is so easy to read and follow it will be a valuable resource throughout any nursing student's clinicals. I highly recommend it.

What I like about the book is that you can find care plans based on the medical diagnosis. Most care plan books you have to figure out nursing diagnosis on your own and the care plans dont always fit what you looking for. Here you just look up your diagnosis and the care plans are made just for that particular diagnosis. You look up the diagnosis and they provide an array of nursing diagnosis and omplete care plans for you. I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!

Our nursing resource center has many care plan books, but this is one that I found concise and organized.

I have used a lot of different care plan books throughout my Nursing studies and I can say this is the best book to have bar-none.

Very detailed book, great for reference, excellent source for nursing classes. Has almost every medical condition, the various diagnoses for each, expected outcomes, and nursing interventions possible.

This book is very useful for writing care plans. It was recommended to me by a friend who just recently graduated from a nursing program. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a freshman or sophomore nursing student.

This book is a great guide for any nursing student. I love how help and easy to read this book was. It help me alot when writing my care plans for nursing 101. So if you want a book that will truely help you get through those care plans than pick this book up. It's worth every penny.

Good information, background symptoms, interventions and rationale. If you need NANDA diagnosis based information, this is the one to have. A little hard to follow at first...not for the beginning student! Excellent for advanced work in nursing.
