Since it is an HX machine -- beware.

Like all HX machines, the 'Oscar' wastes a LOT of heat, wastes a LOT of water and requires you to recall when you last made an espresso shot. If it was moments ago, there is probably no need to flush with cold water. If it was say, an hour ago, the brew water will be over-heated, and you MUST purge out anywhere from 1 to 6 ounces of water to lower the temperature of the next burst of water -- the water that will brew the espresso -- to anywhere close to the best possible temp. for brewing. I know. I owned an HX machine and -- loathed it!
I must mention the cheap, noisy, sticky and inaccurate, and FAILURE PRONE 'pressurestat' that is used to regulate the water temp.
And by the way, I don't SELL any (stock) HX machines, period.
