I purchased this excellent audio book as it was a suggested reading where I work, I was led to believe it would help me to prepare for a gallup pole interview. I have a fairly busy schedule, and when I spotted this audio book listed with the same title; and new, I wanted it. This audio book has made getting through this material far easier for me, as I have a daily hour long commute. I would suggest this audio version for anyone that would like to discover thier strengths, or talents.

Marcus Buckingham brings things into perspective in a methodical yet understandable way. You will definitely find yourself relating to many of the scenarios that he presents in his many topics, and you will also find yourself changing the way you do things in the workplace. These make a great resource to take advantage of while you’re traveling to and from work and don’t have the time to sit down and read a book. I have paid thousands of dollars for colleges classes that covered similar methodologies.
