I read this book years ago and purchased it again for a friend because some of the topics in this book are fascinating and written so as to be easy to read. Very interesting Book!!

I was amazed at this book. Admittedly, the introduction was so far out there that I almost didn't read it, but once into it, I was hooked. If you can keep an open mind, there is a ton of information in there that may stike chords of disquieting memory... I was on the Internet for days while reading it, checking on the information in it. Frissell covers everything from Sacred Geometry and the Tree of Life, to who the gray aliens are, to how human beings will evolve in a type of unity consciousness. If you are looking for something to link everything together,and want something to stretch your imagination to the many possibilities, this is a fascinating read...

I loved this first book by Bob Frissell and I bought it because I had read another book by him: "You Are a Spiritual Being Having a Human Experience" which I was absolutely fascinated with. Frissell has some extremely interesting theories which at first I found difficult to take seriously. However, the more I read with an open mind, the more interested I became in knowing as much as I could about them. I ended up reading all three of his books plus several others he had cited as sources. Frissell explains about Merkaba, Melchizedeks, Sacred Geometry and much more. His 20 Connected Breaths is something I have incorporated in my life and has become life-changing for me. This was an exceptional find for me and I recommend this reading for anyone who is open to possibility and eager to know a different way. Bob Frissell certainly will open those doors for you.
