Northern Exposure - The Complete Second Season (DVD, 2004)

Northern Exposure - season 2. This box set, like the first one, leaves you wanting more. You should really buy this set!

I didn't really become a fan of NE until the third season and I wanted to finally get caught up with Seasons I & II. Now some of the underlying story line has finally come to light for me and now makes the rest of the show more understandable. The plots are mostly predictable, but have situations that can be applied to most any generation and time period - I guess that's why I like it. The deleted and missing scenes that are on this compilation certainly fill-in around the edges. Wouldn't it be nice to have a director's cut with them added!!! If you are a fan, buy this set and all the rest.

This is one of the best written shows ever. I could watch this show over and over and still catch something new. I wish season one and two had more episodes. This is money well spent.

It's great to have these long overdue DVD's available. Some of the background music has been altered from the original show in seasons 2 & 3 in the English version for some inexplicable reason but the quality is still there and it's great to see this fantastic ensemble at work again. If you have never seen Northern Exposure you owe it to yourself to see what may be the last truly high quality sitcom to come out of Hollywood, or should I say out of "Alaska". Highly Recommended!

Great DVD collection of one of the best-written TV series of all-time. Great cast, great crew...and better writing. Whoever hasn't watched Northern Exposure owes it to themselves to see what TV was like before 'reality TV'.

The DVDs arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The price was good and I was pleased to have won the bid for this particular box set. I have no negative comments for this review.

Cover and DVD in very good condition, shipped quickly. Reasonably priced!! I also own 1st season. The TV series was wonderful. Wish it was still on!!! Planning to buy remaining seasons but only if sellers lower their ridiculous prices on remaining seasons. If not then I will buy elsewhere.

This season is a great one, if you are a fan of Northern Exposure in general. You can never get tired of watching these episodes even after seeing them time after time...

I never received the product. Initially the vendor said that they would refund my money, but when I emailed back (3 times), I never received a response.

I purchased the second season of Northern Exposure as a Christmas present for my husband. Season one contained a whole 8 episodes, which I thought was a rip off. I was wrong . . . season two is worse. This season is supposed to contain 7 episodes, but they couldn't even manage that . . . they forgot to include the 7th episode. It is listed on the index, but instead is substituted for a program-length commercial for Battlestar Galactica. What a waste of money!
