North American Hunting Extravaganza (Wii, 2008)

This game is awful. Save your money. It does not track the wii remote movements well enough for you to be accurate. You can not even use the sights on the gun because it is so far off for tracking. The gun works fine, but the game itself isn't worth the money. We'll probably keep the gun and sell the game. When you try to reload the gun, it says on the screen that you must shake the remote with a front to back motion, like push forward then pull back, (I'm guessing similar to pumping a shotgun) but we found that you had to drop the barrel end of the gun toward the floor and raise it back up. Half the time this didn't work either. Then, because the nunchuck is required for the game, the directions say to crouch, lower the nunchuck and raise it again to stand up. Well, since we had to lower the gun to reload, every time we would reload, the hunter on the screen would crouch. How annoying, especially when you are in tall grass. We tried playing the shooting game on the Wii Play, the gun worked well for that, except that the trigger pull is very hard. My forearm was sore by the time I was done.

I like the game and my family love hunting . I don't like the game when its need to reload the gun . Other than that we oe it

My Husband did not care for all the target practice you have to go though to get to hunt . He has not got to the hunting part yet . May change his mind once he can hunt .

This product is a lot of fun if you like hunting. The only problem is, only person can play at a time. Still lots of fun for the hunting enthusiasts.

Bought it for the bird hunting. Its not the best thing in the world but the rest of the hunting isn't bad. Would just like to see a game with some good bird and small game hunting.

All hunters will find hours of fun and challanges both beginner and advanced players. All animals on this Continent and others show up in this game. The one thing we did not like is the fact we can not play at the same time.

Not to bad of a game, Have to set the sensitivity level then it works much better. Graphics could be better. Over all not to bad. Not no Cabela's.

This is an okay game. Not the best WII game I have seen. Very complicated to get started with little to no instruction at all. We had to figure out the game as we went and we are still not sure of how to get past the first game. if the game came with on online screen help, that would do wonders for this gaem. Definately , not a kids game at all.

I like the gun and the game the only problem is i cant get the nunchuck to fit in just right but it is in enough i can play without any problem all and all i am happy with the product .

The game is ok. I bought this as a combo pack with the wii 3 in 1 shotgun and the gun is pretty cool! for the right price this is a good game $20 or so!

Pretty unhappy with the game. Have to complete training courses, target shooting, and other "tricks" before being able to hunt. Hard to make an 11 year wait. Had to shoot the waterfowl through trees. Cabella's games seem to be easier to manage and better hunting experiences. Had a hard time reloading the gun. Perhaps after some getting used to it, it may be more enjoyable, but definitely not yet.

Save your money, the game sucks, very awkward controls, the gun barrel falls off the game itself is boring and awkward, save your money, graphics are weak and game play is dull

We looked around for this game because our teen son played it @ a friends house and just raived about it; We are looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas and seeing the look on his face when he opens it. The price was great thank you.

pretty good game expect for reloading it tells you to shake the remote to reload. you the shake it and it don't always reload. It has a mind of its own if it wants to reload or not
