This is a very cool Nokia phone, small, sleek and cute. The down side of this phone is the ribbon that connects to the slider, if the screen went blank or just white, then the riibon is cut by the spring and replacing it won't fix the problem. I had mine replaced by a professional and 15 minutes later it was cut again, paid $60 for it. I have decided to do it myself so I bought the tools and parts and found out that the spring has to be modified to avoid it cutting the ribbon.
If you buy it on Ebay from sellers such as wireless_experts, they would tell you that the phone has 1 year Nokia Warranty, they won't tell you that the warranty is not covered by Nokia USA. The truth is the warranty is in europe, Nokia U.S.A. wil return it to you if you send it to them for repair because Nokia was not intended for sale in the U.S. The seller will not accept return and will advice you to send it to Nokia or they will offer $20 for repair.
