This is an excellent basic+ phone. If you are in the US Military and work in an area where there is high security, cell phones with a camera are confiscated! This model works with the New sim cards from both companies (now the same company) It is easy to switch the sim card from your everyday high end phone to this one for work purposes. I had one of these when they first came out (Yes I am old) I can't tell you how many times it was dropped and thrown around with no damage other then cosmetic. For this reason I can highly recomend this phone model.

I bought this phone because Cingular no longer carried it and it had the features I wanted.
It is not a camera phone, but I didn't want that feature anyway. I like that it has a speakerphone, and when it is unfolded it is longer than most "candy bar" phones which also makes the buttons big enough to use more easily. It has a lot of features, but is not complicated to use. It is alos compact when folded, so easily fits into a pocket. I would but one again, if given the same choices.

I was not pleased much with this purchase because even though it stated that the phone was slightly used, the condition of it was terrible. Also even though I paid the required $10.00 shipping fee, I still had to pay more at the post office for it, because of lack of postage. Item came in a padded envelope, so the shipping shouldn't have been that much.
