The NOKIA 6010 may or may NOT be unlocked for data services depending on which Wireless Service Carrier's BRAND is on the phone.

Nokia 6010/Cingular or ATT is a good phone. I would buy another phone as the phone was Cingular or ATT.

I purchased the cell phone as a replacement for one that had a short in it. My wife has had a stroke and is unable to use her left arm so we need a phone that does not require opening up to use it. It also has large enough numbers that she can see to make a call.
I was disappointed after receipt that I was unable to use it as it had the wrong "sim" card that I could use with my AT&T service.
The seller made a quick shipment and the phone was as he had advertised so it was just that I was not smart enough to realize it couldn't be used as I wanted.
I did finally have to purchase one through AT&T that now does the job for me.

I like the size and shape of the Nokia 6010. The easy to read text and visual buttons make it easy to use. I've not had any trouble with it and continue to purchase this model for me and my family.

on March-06-2008 I got the E-mail from ebay this item:Nokia 6010 that I bought had not been paid ,So,I paid it again ,the transaction # 6HL31912LK9435443.I wait about 2 weeks,but I did not receive the phone,so I made the Dispute of payment,on March-30-2008 they refund money back to me.
I did not known why you let some one list a sale on ebay and people buy and paid it.and they do not want to send the thing to customer.That why I dilike it.Thank you.

This is a no-nonsense basic cell phone with excellent range and good sound quality. There's no camera but if you want reliability, this cell phone is the answer!

I've had several of the Nokia 6010's. I live in an area that doesn't have good cell service. The 6010 does well in picking up service, is an easy to use phone with not many extras, tough & inexpensive. I like this phone & would buy it again.

although this is an older style phone I find it has superior battery life, up to 3 days without a charge depending on usage. It also has a very good antenna
and picks up a useable signal when some newer phones don't. it is also very tough and will take much abuse, have dropped it over 15 feet to concrete several times -- sometimes the case pops apart and the battery comes out, I just put it back together & it still works -- I have one that is now almost 3 years old that I keep on hand as a back up & although you can't read the numbers on the keypad any more & the screen lens is hard to see through It
still works pretty god in a pinch.so for a guy who works hard in the field where
accidents do happen these phones are great & inexpensive to replace if you do manage to crunch it too hard.

I buy these used models as the newer ones are harder to read, too small and don't take much abuse. I'm in building maintenence and am always getting my phone banged around one way or another. Sometimes smaller is not better.

This Nokia 6010 was just the phone I was looking for to replace the 6010 I'd had for a few years -- sure was glad to find another one like it, and in perfect condition! Didn't even have to charge it -- I just slipped in my old SIM card, and it was ready to go!

bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

I bought this phone because my Samsung phone had very poor reception. The Nokia phone works GREAT, has good reception the delivery was very fast.

Nice phone, works well. This is the only type of phone my husband likes to use. I got the phone quickly.
