Nokia 5180i (TracFone)

As usual, tracfone has some of the most reliable yet affordable phones. While this phone may not have a color screen, it does have a super strength antenna and I have never lost service when I tried this phone out. I highly recommend this phone to any prepaid user. THanks GENE

I bought this phone for emergency use about 3 years ago. I have very little trouble with it and it works just about anywhere, even at work where everyone else is going outside to get their's to work. It was easy to activate on-line and I had no problems setting it up. I recently bought a motorola for another family member and put both phones side by side. The Nokia worked fine and the Mororola was out of range. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the newer phones such as color screen, wallpaper and fancy ringtones but for a basic phone it is well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

I've owned the 5180i for 6+ years and "LOVE IT" Have had other company name cell phones and "HATED THEM ALL" They always come up w/NEW HIDDEN CHARGES that just "MAKES THEM MONEY" At least a tracfone is "CHEAPER TO BUY,EASIER TO FIND+ OPERATE,AND NEVVVER A HIDDEN CHARGE" So I would recommend any tracfone to everybody that is "FEEDUP W/HIDDEN CHARGES" from the "BIG COMPANY OWNED" phones then save yourself "A LOT" of money and buy w/confidence,I'm glad I did.

IMHO, this is one of the best Tracfones ever. I have owned 2 of them with never a problem other that a somewhat short battery life. Better sound quality and signal strength than some of the newer phones. Rugged and easy to use. And no SIM card needed. Great to carry in the car for emergency calls.

this was my first tracfone. It was the best thing i ever bought.
I bought it for travel purposes.
