
TracFone....no wonder they don't spell it right

I had this phone and used it with not too many problems. Then I would be using it and it would just shut off. Also, I would be using it in a spot where I always had service, and now I have no service. I email TracFone, there response everytime is exactly the same. Always telling me that there must be a large body of water, a mountain, trees....Don't think any of that just happened. It got to the point I couldn't use it at all. Try calling them, you get somebody you can't even understand because of their accent. Terrible customer service!! I asked that the letters be passed onto somebody in charge, nothing. I was stranded more than once and I could not call for help...no service.
I gave it to my daughter as I inherited a Virgin Mobile phone. Now she has the exact same problems.
Save yourself the grief from the start. Do not deal with them. If you ever have to deal with their customer service department, you will know what I mean. I'm not sure they know what that word means.
PS...no problems with the Virgin Mobile phone....
