Nokia 3585i (ALLTEL Wireless)

This is a great cell phone that gets very good reception in lots of areas where others do not. It is a plain jane cell compared to all the new cells out there but has a very long antenna and gets great signal. Great for those who might live in a rural area or not to close to a tower or in the city where reception is not a worry. It has GPS so Alltel will still let you activate this cell phone (even though Nokia doesn't make it anymore). I still work for Alltel 6 yrs now and this by far was a top seller for people that just want a cell phone that can place and recieve calls! No bells and whistles but don't you just want to have a phone that works?? I give this Nokia a great rating overall for durability, reliability, and if it was still being made today it would be a top seller. Remember Nokia doesn't make this model anymore... so buyer beware. If you can get this in good condition and it doesn't have a ton of hours of use on it, then its a great phone for you people that just want good or better reception out of a cell phone. PLEASE REMEMBER BEFORE BUYING ANY ALLTEL CELL PHONE TO GET THE ESN(ELECTRONIC SERIAL NUMBER) AND CALL ALLTEL WITH IT TO MAKE SURE THAT ITS NOT TIED UP. Some people obtain these cells from others that may not have paid off there cell phone bill and if its a write off account the ESN will be tied up thus you have just bought yourself a bookend.
