Best Christmas album ever! As if Josh's deep, rich voice weren't enough reason to own this album, he recorded it with the London Symphony Orchestra. The arrangements are just spectacular!

I rushed out to Target ASAP on 9 Oct to buy this CD (with the Target exclusive DVD), and had to go to another store to buy it because it was sold out at the first one. My efforts were rewarded, and on the first note Josh sang it was more than worth the money, gas, and time. "I'll Be Home for Christmas", featuring messages from American troops deployed overseas, is so touching that you'd have to have a heart of stone not to be moved to (or almost to) tears. His take on "Ave Maria", an already ethereal and beautiful song, is jaw-dropping. His duets with Faith Hill and Bryan McKnight are quite good, and the inclusion of a rather obscure (in the US) French song ("Petit Papa Noel")--included because Josh thought the song title was "so cute" (his words, verbatim)-- and the stand-out guitar work on "Little Drummer Boy" added that something extra and unique to otherwise mostly familiar songs. This is the album you've been waiting for for the last 6 years. You won't be disappointed.

This is a must have for EVERY Josh Groban fan!!! Even just a fan of Christmas music! Josh has the most wonderful voice. The CD is so excellent! Highly, highly recommend this to everyone! I could not wait to get it and my high expectations were certainly met on this CD. Thank you to Josh Groban and everyone involved for making such a wonderful CD. I am so enjoying it and will play it for years to come.

FANTASTIC!My reason for buying this CD was that nobody, and I mean NOBODY, can sing like Josh Groban! His voice is so pure, strong and passionate that it actually moves me to tears. My favorite Christmas song is Oh Holy Night, which is on this CD, and there is no one that can bring it to life like Josh. He graciously shares his gift with all of the world and, for that, I feel very, very lucky and blessed.

What a DELIGHT. Each of the arrangements is true to the original at the beginning then the artist adds his own version accompanied by the symphony. The music is rich and full, varied and expresses the Christmas season completely.

Josh Groban Noel CDThis is my first Josh Groban CD. I wanted it at Christmas and didn't get it. Have heard his songs off and on. The songs are just as beautiful now as it would have been at Christmas. His voice is so mellow it's not like your listening to just Christmas music!

Groban-ChristmasHis voice is so sweet--music variety on the CD is good--condition of the one I purchased was good. I bought it because I supply the office "listening music" and this is one I can use year after year, the price was good on Half.com and the condition of the CD itself is mint. When you are ready for softer Christmas music, this is a great choice~

Tells one it's a Christmas themed CD.This was purchased as a gift for my father's wife after she had mentioned several times that she would love to have it, I purchased it for her. Noel - Groban, Josh (CD)I did not like this CD at all! I saw him sing the song on Oprah, it was not the same! He was the only one that was singing it. (The female singer, won't say the name-ruined it on the CD). That is why I bought it, because he was singing the song on Oprah; and it was beautiful--but not so on the CD! Very disappointed with the entire CD.

His voice on this album is as wonderful as ever. However, the arrangements seem to have been designed to show what his voice can do rather than to create a new beautiful version of these Christmas carols. So the arrangements were distracting and the music gets lost in showcasing his ability. The point of singing is not to show what technical capabilities a particular voice possesses but rather to use that voice's abilities to enhance and make new the music being sung.

This is a great CD if you enjoy Josh Groban's style or like Christmas music that is more traditional, not too much pop, but still dramatic. Every track is wonderful - Josh Groban is an excellent performer in both English-language and other songs, traditional and contemporary tunes. Highly recommended for your holiday collection.

There is nothing to dislike about Josh Groban's "Noel" CD. I expected a great CD, and I got it. The Christmas songs were all done with Josh's usual attention to detail and perfection.
It is not difficult to like his work. He has a rich voice, and he puts all of his emotions to every song he sings.
I would not be surprised if it becomes a Christmas classic.

This is an absolute, relaxing, enjoyable disc to listen to even now that the Holidays are over. I listen to the CD everyday and really enjoy it. A very, smooth, relaxing type music but it doesn't make you fall asleep.

Possibly the Best Christmas CDIt's February 5th, and I still have the disk in my CD player of my car. If that isn't an endorsement on the product, I'm not sure what is.
