No Man Is An Island (DVD, 2004)

Jeffrey Hunter and his electric Blue Eyes is a stand out as Tweet a Navy man caught in the Philippines after it is attacked and taken over by the Japanese shortly after December 7th 1941. This movie does not drag~ we see the sLow elimination of his small group and in the end he is alone and hiding from the brutal Japanese soldiers who are looking every where for him~ GREAT IS THE PLOT how to fool the Japanese into believing he is DEAD~ worth the watch to see this brilliant twist~ Tweet hides out in the hills and slowly becomes a great source of info on the Japanese Gun implacements and outlay of the island. I will not ruin the end but the GREAT ending is excellent.
I highly recommend this hard to find movie~based ON A TRUE STORY~

I give it a solid 10 out of 10.

I remember seeing this movie as a kid and liked it. After seeing the title decided to order it. It is a good WWII movie shot it Guam about a sailor stationed on the island when taken over by the Japanese. He is sought out by the enemy and has to avoid capture. Good adventure and story line.

Very good WWII NAVY FLICK. Action, romance, intrigue. I had seen this moving as a kid, and really enjoyed it. I've tried to find it for years, then saw it here. If you like Navy movies, you'll like this one.
