| Description The Game Boy Advance SP is a redesigned version of the wildly popular Game Boy Advance. The system has a new illumination feature and sleek flip-screen design making it the most distinctively stylish, compact and portable Game Boy system ever. The Game Boy Advance SP is my pick for the best handheld system on the market. Sure - the PSP is cooler. But its more expensive. The Nintendo DS is awesome - but its much bigger. The Game Boy Advance SP represents value and great gaming - the games are affordable and there are 100s of great titles and releases. Also, the system fits in your pocket easily. Best of all - its on the Nintendo platform - meaning you can play Donkey Kong, Mario World, and others while on the subway. The screen and graphics are crisp and clear.The battery life is pretty good and it charges quickly. I like that the system is able to play Game boy games, Game Boy Color Games, and Game Boy Advance games. The system is also small enough to fit almost anywhere. We bought the item for our soon to be 5 year old. He didn't know what one was, but we thought it was a perfect place to start. The Game Boy advance is small enough for little hands, had many games for preschool, and is tough (when dropped it doesn't break easily). I have purchased 5 of these in my time, and do not regret getting any of them I have not had a problem with any of them I believe they were built to last they were worth every penny I spent. They have entertained my kids for hours, and they can keep a charge like you wouldn't believe. The screen my not be very large but not super small either but it it nice, and bright and clear. My kids never complained about any visual problems while playing it, and I must say one of the 5 I purchased was for myself so I got a lot of hour of entertainment to, and never had a problem with seeing the screen. I would recommend getting these for your kids especially for when going on trips they will entertain the kids, and keep them from auguring with each other and bugging you on your way to your destination I'm sure you parents know what I mean. I have sold, and or selling my kids Game Boy Advance SP because either they have out grown them or they have upgraded to Nintendo DS. If you have kids, and want to get them a system that will last, and will be worth the money well this is the system for you especially if they are young kids. These system are just awesome!!!!
