Nikon Camera Repair Handbook by Thomas Tomosy (2001, Paperback, Illustrated)

Don't waist your money buying, nor waist time reading thinking you can get help while repaire a Nikon camera. It is not a repair hand book, rather it is a magazin type of no beef articls put together with the sensational title to suck in inosent buyer. The price was set too high also. You must be full of imagenations when reading and try to think what is going on, because you will not get step by step tips or guides.
The seller a Library will not and could not even disclose a line of info or the index of this book.
I bought it because:
1, The Library was raising fund for a good cause.
2, Price tag was high, that blind me into wanting for it's high content value.
3, Title of the book page says for Nikon F2.
But Nothing was inside for F2, except the common knowledge for a page or half, the author just refered F2 to a previous section of F1? or FM?.
Even we knew the Specs are different between F1 and F2. Some screws and nuts are not interchangeable. Author dosn't seems to care or knew. He was just using his fame to write for money.
This happening did push me to look for a real repair hand book. And I found one but it was in Japanese. Japanese book showed you step by step with pictures, how to take apart this or that in sequence. Anyone can overcome the language problem in this book to understand and proceed with ease.
That's how to entitle to bear the name of 'F2 Camera repair hand book'. Not by puting together the old articls he wrote and some out of date articls of simmilar cameras into one book, and call it a repaire book for all cameras. Nor with the contents of refering to each other without verified the contents of the section.
